7th grade Ag Exploratory made homemade ice cream last week in class. They made a variety of flavors. Each student made their own flavor and added what they wanted.

Seventh grade students are learning about where their food comes from in Ag Exploratory class. This week they made butter in mason jars. They made a salted, plain and honey cinnamon sugar butters.
Learning never tasted so good!

Junior Rylee Mudderman broke the school scoring record last night, pouring in 44 points as the Kee Hawks defeated New Hampton 68–46. 🏀💪 An unforgettable performance and a huge team win!

Consider supporting the Lansing FFA in their fundraising efforts this week. You can still purchase jams, salsas, and other treats. Talk to an FFA member if you would like anything.
The FFA Soup Supper and Bake Sale is this Friday during the HS Basketball Games vs Waukon. It's a free will donation. Serving starts at 5pm in the HS cafeteria. Come support our basketball programs and enjoy a nice warm bowl of soup or macaroni and cheese.
