  4. Approval for Spanish waiver for 2022-23. The board understands that a teacher, the master schedule, and staffing can support Spanish 3. Classes have been promoted and offered. Numbers are not available to teach Spanish 3/4 this year and a plan has been devised to address this concern for 2023-24.
